Your team's attendance hours, with everyone's consent.
Orarium replaces a time clock with personal clock-ins on each person's phone. People can use the free app independently. You define your company's zones and invite team members; each person chooses whether to share attendance hours in those zones. An employer cannot enable sharing on their behalf.

Accounts, zones and clock events are hosted in Switzerland and operated by ILYGO Sàrl. An encrypted backup of them is kept every day in the European Union.
Privacy
What you see, and what you will never see.
Sharing is limited to the zones you define, and each member accepts it knowingly.
What the manager sees
- Each member's attendance hours in your company's zones: arrival, departure, duration.
- Only from their acceptance, and until they leave or are removed.
- Their name and the email address of their Orarium account.
What they never see
- Their other places, the ones they created for themselves in the app.
- Their movements, journeys and location throughout the day.
- Their hours outside your zones, before their acceptance or after sharing ends.
A zone changes? The member confirms first. If you move a zone or change its radius, each member is notified and confirms the change on the platform before the new zone applies. And they can leave at any time: sharing stops immediately.

Frequently asked questions
Do my team members have to pay anything?
No. The Orarium iPhone app is free, as is the Orarium account. Each invited person creates their free account with the address that received the invitation, on the Orarium website.
What exactly does the manager see?
Each member's attendance hours in the company's zones, from their acceptance until sharing ends. Never their other places, their movements or their hours elsewhere.
What happens if I change a zone?
Each member receives an email, confirms the new zone on the platform, then reopens the app to receive it. Until then, the app keeps the zone they had accepted.
Can a team member stop sharing?
Yes, at any time, by leaving from their account. Sharing stops immediately and their licence is freed. Hours already shared during their membership remain visible to the manager.
Is an iPhone needed?
Yes, for each person whose hours are shared: the iPhone app detects arrivals and departures. The manager only needs a browser.
How do I cancel?
In the billing portal, available from your area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no amount is refunded pro rata.

Create your company
Sign in to Orarium Pro with your Orarium account and create your company. You are its manager.
Define your zones
Place each workplace on the swisstopo map and choose its radius, from 50 to 2000 metres.
Invite your team members
One licence per person. The invitation is sent by email and stays valid for 7 days.
Everyone accepts, or not
The invited person sees who is inviting them and what will be shared, then accepts or declines. They reopen the Orarium app, which receives the zones.
